Every one knows that while traveling, one is on a tight schedule, there is no time to stop and dine at the nearest Olive Garden or Applebee's. There is only time for un-luxurious choices of McDonalds, Burger king, Wendy's. I could go on forever. When I was maybe five or six, McDonalds was quite the treat, even now some french fries do no harm once in a while. But as a vegetarian with health conscious concerns, being on the road is not ideal. Sure it is possible to eat healthy, or at least try, when most of your only options come deep fried.
